Become Unstoppable – The White Lotus Circle is an eight-week group mentorship designed to help women live passionately, manifest their dreams, and move forward as their fullest selves.

Through a blend of self-inquiry, transformation practices, hypnosis, mindset coaching, and ancient wisdom, you will gain the tools and support to:

Build empowering habits and break limiting patterns
Create a life you truly love each day

Format: Eight 120-minute live group sessions blending Ayurveda, meditation, hypnosis, mindset coaching, and personalized guidance.

Support: Real-time feedback, accountability, and deep connection with other women who are striving to thrive—learning, sharing, and growing together.

Home Practice & Community:

One live class per week
Daily affirmations and exercises

Meet Your Mentor

I’m Vicky Tomsky. After 20 years of self-exploration, traveling to India, and learning from transformational teachers, shamans, and guides, I’ve immersed myself in hypnotherapy, yoga, manifestation, Ayurveda, and other tools for personal growth.

I now share the wisdom that has guided me and countless students over the years. I teach at White Lotus Studio in Athens, raise my three children, and travel the world helping women reconnect with themselves, live unapologetically, and become unstoppable in life, joy, and fulfillment.

Following the one and only Vicky on this retreat I trusted her to introduce me to Mother India! I can say ecstatically and deeply moved that I felt like I was born again! In an environment of unique natural beauty, Vicky, with an open heart that embraces all concerns and knows everything about how you feel and what you need, managed to create lifelong bonds for all of us in the group. We opened up, laughed to tears, danced, explored, felt like children again, deepened and worked with ourselves and fell back in love with yoga under Vicky's wonderful guidance who gave us new tools for our yoga practice at home.

I joined Vicky’s Living Big Yoga Retreat at the NALANDA Resort Goa in January 2024 and had the most amazing time. We had a really fun group and the sessions were the perfect mix of active, dynamic poses, restorative yoga, journaling and sharing. Vicky is the best yoga teacher I have ever had - her attention to detail, enthusiasm and lightness of touch are just perfect. Her teaching covers a very broad range of physical and emotional aspects, and she is extremely knowledgeable about yoga and Ayurveda, amongst many other things. She created a very open, safe and friendly environment and I learned a huge amount which I have taken back with me and am now incorporating into everyday life. We had so many laughs and the hotel and facilities were excellent. I can highly recommend joining her yoga retreats, whether you are completely new to yoga or highly experienced!

I had never been to India before and I didn't know what to expect. I am 60 years of age and I was the oldest in the group, but I felt like I was in my 30s again and living the life in beautiful Goa with wonderful people. The Yoga practice in the morning with Vicky was wonderful and every day I learned a little more from her wonderful yoga teaching. Vicky is a very special person and a wonderful yoga teacher with a world of knowledge that she generously shares with everyone. I would highly recommend this yoga retreat, you will feel safe, happy and nourished in every way.
